RETURN POLICY
Occasionally a shoe that feels good while being worn where you purchased it can become uncomfortable later on. We ask that you wear your shoes indoors on a carpeted surface for a few days to verify the fit. Should they become uncomfortable, we can often modify the fit. If the fit cannot be adjusted to your satisfaction, the shoe may be returned within 30 days for a refund IF RETURNED IN ORIGINAL CONDITION accompanied by your receipt. There is a re-stocking fee of up to 20%.
WARRANTY/RETURN INFORMATION
1. All returns must be accompanied by a Sales Receipt and all packing materials; and, where applicable, a Merchandise Return Form or Return Merchandise Authorization. An RMA may be obtained by telephone during our normal business hours in order to honor the following warranty or return of merchandise.
2. If a manufacturer's defect or material failure occurs within 90 days of purchase,
Z-CoiL™ will replace or repair the shoes absolutely free of charge.
3. If a manufacturer's defect or material failure occurs between 90 and 180 days of purchase, the customer will be issued a partial credit based on the extent of wear and condition of the shoes for purchase of another pair of Z-CoiL® shoes.
4. Credit will not be issued for excessive wear, abuse (cuts, abrasion, etc) or misfits if soiled.
REPAIR
We sell replacement springs and heel pads for $35.95/pair (includes both the spring and heel pad). Enclosed coils [black or white] are $55.95.
